Our company has developed an off-the-shelf product “1C:Accounting and management for professional participants of the securities market” (versions PROF and CORP). This product is to support the full and adequate transition of accounting and reporting in non-bank financial institutions to the new chart of accounts and new RF Central Bank industrial standards. This product will help to implement and atomize new accounting requirements, and to form regulatory reporting for the Central Bank.

Transfer to the unified chart of accounts

In 2017-2018, non-bank financial institutions (NBFI) are to transfer to a new chart of accounts, which is in fact bank chart of account. This transfer includes:

  • complex business-processes reengineering;
  • substantial methodological works: the accounting policy, the working chart of accounts including all required analytics and reference books, the standard activity log;
  • the replacement of the currents IT-solution with the specialized software.

  • Time frame of transfer service
    to the unified chart of accounts

    Average timing of the development of the unified charter of accounts and the methodology of its application is between one and three months and depends on the tasks to be fulfilled, specifics of business-processes and the IT-landscape of the company. Generally, the transition project - including the automation – may take from four to nine months depending on the company’s size. The project included full implementation of the 1C product.

    The result

    When the project is finalized, the client receives a ready-to-use package of methodological documents for its IT-specialists, and in the case of a complete project – a turnkey system. Employees of the client get involved in the project in the reasonably manner, thus, they become fully aware of the work in the new system.

    In addition, IAS specialists conduct trainings for employees of the client.
